Mark is the leader of the ship!

Pete is not as intimidating as some may think!  He enjoys pushing individuals to their greatest potential.  He's focused on results whether it's with nutrition or weight lifting.  

Coming from Virginia, Mark's littlest brother Kadhafi also known around here as Beetle. Beetle has his own personal experience in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and has trained many amateur and professional fighters. 

Mike's love of boxing and helping others is what brings him back to Elite day after day, year after year.  Mike has been coaching at Elite since day one. His knowledge and heart are invaluable!

Paige is an open book on everything fitness.  Ask her anything, but make sure she has had her morning coffee.  Paige loves to help educate people on anything and everything health and fitness.  Her high level of commitment appears in every aspect of life, always striving to improve.
