Train is an interval based circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12 round fight, the train circuit will incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training and boxing using suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags and much more.

Coach Pete uses a training style incorporating barbells and dumbbells to maximize muscle and strength goals. In Build, you will realize that there are no shortcuts, just pure hard work and consistency to achieve maximum strength. Build is a great class to supplement Train and Spin classes, to BUILD the body you want.
There are three types of fighters: amateur, professional and everybody else. We train all three! We start with the basics, including mechanics, stance, footwork, balance, coordination, powerful straight fast snapping punches, jab right hand or left hand if you’re a Southpaw, hooks, uppercuts, combinations, and movement handling including rhythm and positioning.
Then you will learn defensive movement, head and body movement, and power.

During each and every Youth Class, our instructors develop a foundation of character skills in each child. After just a few classes, your child will learn:
10 weeks of nutrition guidance and intense training classes. Coaches will use cardio and weight training to improve muscle tone, flexibility, endurance, stamina, and confidence to push you to get the results you want. Our 10 week challenge is a group class for all fitness levels!

One-on-one sessions are available for any one who wishes to more efficiently reach their goals. Each individual's training program will be built in collaboration with a personal trainer and will be designed around their schedule and fitness goals.
